available by Wednesday 12th July, so please do not ask beforehand
as we have to allow for people to stand for positions and the email
be generated. This will be sent out by either the chairman or the
secretary.
 If you are unable to attend the AGM, for whatever reason, you
must email both the chairman and secretary by midday on Monday
17th July 2017 (no late votes will be accepted). We do urge you to
attend and vote in person as there are likely to be topics arising on
the day.
